Barbara McLaughlin, CRS, CRB, GRI
Mrs. McLaughlin has been actively selling real estate in South Florida since 1978. She is proud of her ability to convert potential buyers into satisfied customers, which has resulted in many outstanding achievement awards in real estate. She began her career in Coral Springs, Florida after moving from Connecticut with her husband and six children in 1977. Mrs. McLaughlin has been a resident and real estate professional in Naples since 1998 and joined the Vineyards sales team in 2002. She enjoys traveling, cooking, playing golf and visiting her children and 11 grandchildren throughout the United States. |

Lance Gregory
A Florida native, Mr. Gregory is no stranger to the world beyond paradise. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and traveled throughout Southeast Asia before earning his bachelor's degree in business administration and enjoying a successful career in the health care and telecommunications industries. He still enjoys traveling abroad, as well as fishing, boating, meeting people and embracing the latest technologies that make home buying simpler for his prospects. With Ten years as a licensed real estate agent and Six years as a successful sales executive with the Vineyards, Mr. Gregory's main motivation is sharing Florida's beauty with newcomers and helping them find the "right" home, one that gives them value and a lifestyle they truly love.

Bearce Carter
An entrepreneur turned Realtor, Mr. Carter has been selling Naples real estate since 2000. Originally from Maine, he graduated from the University of Southern Maine and owned and managed a heating oil and gasoline distribution company in the state for 30 years. He was an active member of the Maine business community and volunteered as a leader for the Caribou Chamber of Commerce, Cary Medical Center, Caribou Development Corporation and the Maine Loring Association, which promotes good relations between the civilian community and the command and staff of Loring Air Force Base. Today, when he's not assisting the future residents of Vineyards in their home search, Mr. Carter enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis and boating. |

Gloria Sherman, P.A.
Gloria is originally from Baltimore, Maryland, where she lived until she moved to Naples in 1997. She attended the University of Maryland and graduated in 1975. Gloria has been very busy in Naples selling Real Estate since 2002. This is the PERFECT profession for her outgoing personality! She believes in building a relationship with her buyers—the rest will come naturally! Gloria was in the administrative end of Real Estate for several years, giving her the advantage of knowing exactly what to do to keep the buying process running smoothly. A long-time Naples resident, Sharon brings 20 years of new home sales expertise to Vineyards. Prior to joining the Vineyards team, she worked for several national builders throughout Southwest Florida. Sharon also enjoys, with her friends, all the fun activities Naples has to offer. Our beautiful beaches, sports, shopping, theaters, and downtown restaurants! In her off time, Sharon enjoys travel in Europe and the Caribbean.

Brenda Anderson, GRI
Brenda has been involved in the Real Estate Industry since 1978. She began her Real Estate career in her hometown of Champaign, IL not long after graduating from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. Not wanting to give up her passion of helping people find their dream home, she has continued doing so since her move to Naples in 1986. Brenda previously worked in development sales for Kensington Golf and Country Club, Miromar Lakes Beach and Golf Club, Lely Resort Golf and Country Club and Bateman Communities of S.W. Florida, Inc.
She has served as a director on the Sales and Marketing Council for the Collier Building Industry Council, is a member of The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, and the Naples Area Board of Realtors.
