Vineyards Home Sales Up 39 Percent over Last Year NAPLES, Fla. (July 25, 2008) - Jim Schuetz, vice president of sales and marketing for Vineyards, reports that sales of homes in Vineyards for the first six months of 2008 were up 39 percent over the same period last year. Vineyards reports 43 sales for the first six months of 2008 for $26.8 million, compared to 31 sales for $21.3 million during the same timeframe in 2007. “We attribute this increase to a slight strengthening in the residential real estate market,” says Schuetz. “Based on recent increased activity, we are very optimistic that the second half of 2008 will be strong as well.” Vineyards offered home buyers limited-time incentives during the first half of 2008, including a new home price guarantee that guarantees a buyer the price they paid will never be lower.
