Warranty Claim Request
Emergencies
Emergencies are defined as follows: heat, air conditioning, severe plumbing problem, hazardous electrical problem, or any situation that potentially endangers body or home. In case of an emergency problem, the homeowner must notify the builder immediately in order that further damages can be mitigated. The homeowner should take immediate action if circumstances dictate so.
The Warranty Department is authorized to accept only emergency calls by phone. All other warranty claims must be submitted in writing.
Emergency service calls after regular business hours should be directed to the subcontractor. A list of your subcontractors is included in your warranty information pack.

the builder within a reasonable period of time.

within normal working hours.

- A safe and happy home requires continued care
and maintenance by the homeowner.
What Should the Homeowner Do ?
